Steele-R Development LLC is a general contractor serving clients in Covington, Mandeville, Madisonville, Slidell, Hammond, and New Orleans. We work closely with all clients to ensure job satisfaction, from first consultation through project completion. About the Owner
Born and raised in Louisiana, Steele McDaniel has worked to build a company that would make his family proud. He is a true family man, having been blessed with 3 beautiful children, Steele, Shaw, & Slate, with his high school sweetheart, Lindsey. In his down time, you can find him enjoying the beautiful Louisiana landscape, from golfing to boating to anything that allows him to spend time with his family.

When S-RD was founded in 2012, Steele looked forward to the daily challenges that each individual project would bring. Each and every project has brought with it new opportunities to grow, learn, and push past the boundaries of each worker’s skills and are considered by Steele to be some of his greatest achievements. The future Steele continues to work tirelessly for is the continued growth of S-RD and to always run a company that he can be proud of and can provide for the families that make S-RD great.
